What we collect: When you submit an enquiry we ask for your name, email address, and optionally your phone number, country, party size, preferred travel month, budget range, and the message you write to us. We only collect what you choose to give us.
Why we collect it: We use your information solely to respond to your enquiry, plan and quote your safari, and stay in touch about your trip. We do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
How we store it: Your enquiry is stored securely in our database and is accessible only to Palatial Tours staff through a password-protected admin area. We retain enquiries for as long as needed to serve you and for our legitimate business records.
Who we share it with: We never sell your personal information. We share it only with the trusted partners required to deliver your trip (for example lodges, camps, and ground operators) and only when you proceed with a booking.
